Accessibility Statement

Cronus Equity wants everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to find and inquire about our properties. We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

  • Pages can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Images have text descriptions, and text and controls meet WCAG color-contrast levels.
  • Forms have labels, mark required fields in text and announce errors to screen readers.
  • The site respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting and works when zoomed to 200% or on narrow screens.
  • Every property page lists its addresses and unit sizes in text, so the maps and plan drawings are not the only source of that information.

Known limitations

Some downloadable plan drawings (PDF) are scanned architectural drawings and may not be fully accessible to screen readers. A text summary appears on each property page, and we are happy to describe any plan or send the information in another format.
